Residents Still Concerned After Suspect Arrest

Little Rock – Three days after Little Rock police charge a suspect inthe brutal beating death of Channel Seven’s Anne Pressly last month inher heights home, we asked residents if the arrest has calmed fears. (video below)

The crime had left the typically quiet neighborhood on edge thepast few weeks. Most people in the neighborhood declined to comment oncamera, but some did say they feel a little safer now. However, othersdid say they are still feeling uneasy from the violent murder.

Police say forensic evidence links Curtis Vance, 28, of Marianna toAnne’s murder and to the rape of a Marianna school teacher earlier thisyear.

Vance is being held without bond in the Pulaski County jail.
