Anarchy reigns in yet another African country. Sky News calls it “a damning indictment of the world’s failure to address the crisis in Somalia.” I have but one question: why are the Somalis not addressing the crisis in Somalia? What is lacking? Ability or will? Of course, the inference is that it’s not really an indictment of the world, but an indictment on the white world. For your edification, we present a photo of one of these “pirates.”
