For the past few years EAU has been talking about local decentralization as the only applicable counter plan of action to the absolutism of a centralized political system. The concept, it seems, is beginning to take root, especially among those whom we regard as implicitly white “preppers” and patriots; those who seek non-participation as a catalyst for activism.
