The quote above – alluded to earlier here in an article by WL Houston – is generally attributed to Vladimir Lenin. If so, it is without doubt one of the wisest observations ever made by the Communist leader. Capitalists repeatedly seek short-term profit even if the result is long-term disaster.
Need evidence? Look no further than the business community’s repeated insane support of open borders and amnesty.
The logic behind it is simple: the more uneducated, poor masses who will work at slave wages the better. Cheap labor = more profits. Great!
