Rudy Villanueva gets six years in prison after brandishing weapons, threatening cops

Florida Hispanic “gangsta” http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=3260.

Villanueva, who has had 16 arrests and is a convicted violent felon, posted a video on YouTube where he boasted of leading the Miami Dade “Bird Road Boys” gang. Standing alongside a companero, the macho Villanueva toyed with guns, among them an AK47 assault rifle, while making wild threats against law enforcement. “http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=3873, here I am baby,” he goaded, adding that “we’s out here fighting a cold war” and that “they come at us if they want to. Come get some whenever you’re ready.”

They did. In a joint operation, members of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement joined officers from the http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=4353 Dade Police Department in raiding Villanueva’s “crib” and seizing five weapons and an arsenal of ammunition. As a felon, Villanueva’s possession of the weapons was illegal, and he pleaded guilty to that charge. In court, he displayed no bravado, claiming that the YouTube video was merely an example of his sense of humor being decontextualized.District Judge Marcia Cooke didn’t find the video or the guns funny, and sentenced Villanueva to over six years in federal prison.

Many “http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=3751 of police in the wake of 9/11, with shaven headed officers clad in paramilitary jumpsuits armed with automatic weapons. Much of the new tactics, training and equipment come from federal “terrorism” grants, but are not new, being copied from necessarily aggressive police operations in places like Los Angeles, where huge, violent Third World populations have made whole areas into war zones. “Rap culture” has made thuggish behavior fashionable as well in many formerly placid locales, and the behavior of creeps like Villanueva merely reinforces the perceived need for policing that is increasingly distant from the people it is supposed to serve. All of this is just another price we pay for “multiculturalism” and the displacement of America’s founding demographic.
