The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights is bringing together a group of experts who hold widely divergent views of whether illegal immigration affects the labor market opportunities and outcomes of native born African Americans. Blacks are indeed adversely effected by illegal immigration, from competition for low/no skill work, to housing and scarce social resources, while in Los Angeles they face ethnic cleansing from mestizo gangs.
