Great speech. My favorite line and essentially the whole thing in a nutshell: “I daresay if Obama was white, no one would give a flip about him.” That’s great.
I wonder what Obama will do if gas prices result in a huge upswing in robberies, hijackings, burglaries, gasoline theft and let’s just call it a Katrina aftermath-like situation. Would he have the cojonas to call the troops down on his own rioting people? And all our men in the Middle East enduring a cold winter in Afghanistan, etc. and not here to protect us, and us here to love and feed them. I’m getting worried; the price of food is going up and today’s news said people’s incomes are not rising accordingly.
Like Bette Davis said, “Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy night.”
