Emperor George Imposes Globalist Agenda To Dismember Serbia

“Beyond illegality and dangerous precedent, Bush wants to reward the campaign of violence by Kosovo Albanian thugs who have committed nothing short of the genocide against the Serbs and other minorities with attendant ethnic cleansing of some 230,000 since 1999.”

In my March 11, 2007 column titled “Olympian gods ploy to break up Serbia,” I made an analogy between the role of gods in the Greek and Roman mythology with contemporary rulers of the world. Mentioning of the U.S. president George W. Bush was avoided but he has now spoken in Albania and announced the time to bring the issue of Kosovo independence “to a head.” In order words Kosovo should become independent irrespective of the UN Security Council resolution since Vladimir Putin means business and is ready to cast veto over the draft of the U.S. /EU sponsored UN resolution supporting the Ahtisaari plan for Kosovo’s supervised independence. This act of creating a second Albania in Europe on 15% of the territory of democratic Serbia and its cradle of national history, would elevate the Bush legacy to the position of the 21st century Zeus or Jupiter with power to redraw the map of the world in any way he chooses. But not so fast, his stampede for Kosovo independence has already been halted. A number of relevant subjects have been addressed herein.

EU Halts Bush’s Stampede

Russia lambasted meeting of the quintet (U.S., Great Britain, France, Germany and Italy) in Paris on June 12 as an attempt to bypass the Russian position that calls for the implementation of the international law including the UN charter and the UN Resolution 1244 which calls for retention of Kosovo in Serbia. It appears that the meeting was fractious and that the U.S. has failed to convince its EU partners to proceed speedily with the unilateral declaration of independence followed by the U.S. /EU recognition resembling the April 1992 recognition of Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia which led to the bloody 42 months civil/religious war in Bosnia. German foreign minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, announced that solution for Kosovo was not in sight and that even Americans wanted to wait and see the outcome of Bush/Putin meeting in Kennebunkport, Maine on July 1 and 2. German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, announced that Germany was working on a solution that would be acceptable to both sides. The Italian foreign minister, Massimo D’Alema, opposed the unilateral imposition and stated that it would inevitably trigger conflicts and advocated that the work should continue on seeking a consensus in accordance of international law and approved by the UN. France announced that it was not giving up on its proposal to delay the solution by 6 months and if the parties failed to reach a resolution Kosovo would become independent. Floating this plan was already a setback to the American stampede. Obviously it is now recognized by most EU countries that unilateral declaration would split the EU and would destabilize the Balkans. Frank Wisner, the U.S. Kosovo envoy, was dispatched to Pristina to give the Albanians bad news that the U.S. is now open to delay and new talks. He added: “Not to delay what the outcome has to be, but to make it clear to the world that every avenue was pursued.” Serbian Prime Minister, Vojislav Kostunica, announced that his country would not negotiate independence that would breach the UN Charter and the Serbian Constitution and that it would nullify any document attempting to create another state on its territory. “The U.S. has a right to support certain states and nations in accordance with its interests but definitely not by giving away as a gift something which does not belong to it.”

Is Bush Aware of Republica Del Norte?

Does Bush understand that he wants to dismember one of the UN founding nations in violation of the UN Charter and the Helsinki Final Act, an event unprecedented in the 62-year UN history? In addition, he would establish a dangerous precedent which inevitably would be replicated elsewhere in the world to the detriment of the U.S. interests and might even affect the U.S.

Kosovo is not a sui generis case. What about the Serbs living in Bosnia and Northern Kosovo? What about pro-Russian South Ossetia, Abkhasia, Trans-Dniester, Crimea or the Baltic republics? What about Hungarian minorities in Romania, Slovakia and Serbia? What about Basques in Spain, Turks in Bulgaria, Kurds in Turkey, etc, etc. The case that Kosovo is unique is as strong as the case for need of a missile shield to protect Europe against non-existent Iranian missiles with nuclear warheads.

A number of bloggers have already pointed out that if Bush were to deliver 15% of the Serbian territory to Kosovo Albanians, who had never owned Kosovo, he would then establish a precedent for the return of the U.S. Southwest to Mexico. Here are two headlines: “Bush Sows Seeds of America’s Demise” by Cliff Kincaid; “Bush in Kosovo: Precedent for U.S. Southwest” by Michael Kleen;

Under euphemism “Hispanic Homeland” and “Nation of Aztlan” activists from numerous organizations are attempting to annex a large portion of U.S. Southwest to Mexico. “Republica del Norte” would include the present U.S. states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas plus Southern Colorado. Many Mexicans already feel that they do not need permission of the U.S. to enter. 58% of Mexicans support “Republica Del Norte.” Americans need to wake up and wake up quickly.
