British National Party faced an unprecedented campaign of violent hate, but may prevail despite all odds in tomorrow’s elections

Less than twenty four hours remain before the United Kingdom goes to the polls to choose representatives for the European Parliament. The British National Party could well gain at least one seat on the continental assembly in Brussels, a feat that would arguably be the single greatest electoral achievement of any nationalist organization in the English speaking world. And a BNP win would also be a testament to the abject failure of the UK’s ruling elites, who have pulled out all the stops in an unprecedented campaign of hatebaiting and violence in an attempt to stop a BNP breakthrough.
The fight against the BNP has grown to proportions seldom seen outside of Third World totalitarian states. Some highlights of the hate:* BNP members have been physically attacked, with one beaten in the head with a claw http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=6749. Numerous venues have been threatened for hosting BNP events. Companies that dare to do business with the BNP have faced harassment.
* BNP signs have been vandalized and destroyed, while others had to be defended by police from http://wvwnews.net/story.php?id=7167 after Friday prayers in local mosques.
* A huge, http://wvwnews.net/story.php?id=7192 took down the BNP website, which is the most popular party political site in the UK, at the very height of the campaign.
* Brave men and women running on the BNP ticket have had their families and jobs threatened, with one man, who runs a pub, having his place of business actually re-zoned by the local council, controlled by the ruling Labour Party, to shut him down.
* Coordinated smear articles, with no right of reply, have appeared in nearly every newspaper, from trashy tabloids like The News of the World and the Sun, to the leftist Guardian, to the staid Times of London, once a respectable “newspaper of record.” Articles drag up scurrilous “information” that is often incorrect, heavily distorted, or decades old. One newspaper, the Sunday Times, even attempted an expensive “sting” to unsuccessfully frame BNP head Nick Griffin for a financial crime.
* Television attacks have also been relentless. The BBC, for example, has run twisted hate pieces nearly every day, hardly a surprise coming from this government news outlet that actively collaborated in a successful effort to have BNP leader Nick Griffin charged with a speech crime, a charge he beat, twice.
* The media have also, in their panic, attempted to portray the UK Independence Party of soft “conservatives” as an “alternative” to the BNP for patriotic voters.
* Leftists in the postal union have managed to illegally stop the delivery of potentially thousands of BNP electoral leaflets, despite the fact that this is an open violation of the law, as well as an attack on democracy and the right to information.
* The “mainstream” parties have put aside their “differences,” denying the BNP the right to debate them while urging people to vote for anybody except the BNP, and pushing a “united front” in a desperate attempt to “stop the BNP” from being elected.
* Even the http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=3964, to condemn the BNP as “un-Christian”!
* And various unions have attempted to ban BNP members, an atrocious betrayal of workers’ rights that would force patriots to choose between freedom of conscience and feeding their families.
In nearly all of these attacks, the Searchlight organization, a hate group with an agenda similar to that of like-minded groups in the US, has been a close collaborator. The fashion is now to cry crocodile tears about the supposed “threat” of “rightwing violence,” yet few people even know about the violence against nationalists that flourishes in the climate of hate created and stoked by witch hunters of the establishment working an agenda against freedom. While the opposition carries out its work with taxpayer and special interest funds, the BNP fights on thanks solely to the determination and courage of ordinary people with a dream.
If the BNP manages to win a seat despite these odds, it will be a miracle. But miracles do happen. The current political regime in the UK is in meltdown, with a top cabinet member, http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=7245, resigning just days before the election in the face of finance revelations that have consumed politicians across the establishment spectrum. Smith’s resignation comes only weeks after her last ditch attempt at distraction by “banning” a number of politically incorrect people from the UK in an effort to show that her government was “doing something” about the immigration of violent zealots to the UK, and steal the BNP’s issue. Similarly, the same Labour Party which has in the past banned the Cross of Saint George as well as the Union Jack from public display as “racist” actually sent out pathetic election leaflets showing the Union Jack! This came after the same party stole the “British Jobs for British Workers” slogan of the BNP in an effort to control numerous wildcat strikes against foreign employment in British workplaces and steal BNP support. This tactic is increasingly common in Europe, where the absolute failure of establishment factions has led them to steal whole segments of nationalist programs.
If they are successful, the BNP’s elected European Parliamentarians would join other nationalist MEPs from right across Europe in a bloc that is needed now more than ever, as Turkey looks set to gain accession to the European Union. Say a prayer, cross your fingers, and hope for a breakthrough! The English speaking world needs one!
