Black “performance artist” damali ayo (she prefers her name in lower case because she is “artistic”) is launching a “conceptual art piece” meant to play up white guilt and support so-called “reparations” for blacks. Her press release follows:

People of all races across the United States will sit outside of businesses, libraries, museums, art galleries, or on busy street corners.
