    More "Hate Crimes" Nonsense

OK, weíve already seen that itís OK to hang nooses in a classroom as long as you donít have any bad words on your computer. Thatís why hate crimes charges were dropped against this guy - the cops couldnít find any ďracistĒ language on his computer, so they let him off scot free.

But now hate crimes charges have been dropped against a 14 year old white kid in the Chicago area, who not only wrote ďa racial slurĒ on the locker of a black female classmate, but also used his computer to draw a picture of a black person being hanged, and labeled it with her name. The article doesnít say why the hate crimes charges were dropped, but Iíll bet you can figure it out:

"Hate-crime charges dropped in plea deal with St. Charles student

"Teen must write letter of apology as part of sentence on lesser counts.

"A St. Charles high school student charged with a hate crime after allegedly scrawling a racial epithet on the locker of his former girlfriend pleaded guilty Tuesday in Juvenile Court to charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

"As part of a negotiated plea, Kane County prosecutors dropped the felony hate-crime charges against the minor, who was a 14-year-old St. Charles East High School freshman on March 17 when he wrote on the locker of the girl, also a freshman.

"The student, who is white, also used a school computer to create a drawing of a stick figure being hanged, authorities said, and labeled it with the name of the girl, who is African-American."

I swear, itís getting harder and harder to keep up with all this hate crimes stuff. Itís a serious crime to hang nooses if you think the wrong thoughts, but itís no problem if you donít have any naughty words on your computer. And itís not a hate crime for a white male to write ďniggerĒ on a black girlís locker, and draw a picture of her being hanged, as long as he used to date her.

    Got it?
