COLUMBIA, Tenn. - Detectives in Maury County need the public's help in finding a man accused of beating his wife.

Detectives said Carl Boone attacked his wife Trisha Boone (pictured, right) on Friday.

NewsChannel 5 broadcast pictures showing her injuries Thursday night. She said she wanted them shown to the public to help lead to Boone's arrest. (NOTE: Ms. Boones' facial injuries were so severe they required being obscured) --Ed

Trisha Boone is now in a safe house outside the state.

If anyone has information related to this case, they are asked to call the Maury County Sheriff's Office at 931-388-5151.
