Hello EAU forum members!! I'm pulling this article http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=11102 from todays "Western Voices" news stream. This list is a great example of what I feel is interesting information, however I'd like to see references or links to reference sources.
This kind of information is literally useless in intelligent conversation if it cannot be backed up. Yes, of course I could research whatever point I'm focused on, but it would be so fantastic if whoever posted this had covered that. I visit Western Voices regularly and absolutely appreciate all the work that is being done by everyone involved, I'm very excited about the creation of this forum and looking forward to what is on the horizon here! Since the forum is young and we are just getting our toes wet, I hope this method of posting is not viewed as a waste of space/ bandwith. Moderators, if you'd like to see this inquiry placed elsewhere, please redirect the thread and let me know.

Good point. I think that list of ten facts would make a great flyer for distribution if it had web URL links for each point to various respectable site which backed up the information.

Excellent point COMPOSER, the sources need/ ought to be respectable & legit, that is very important.

I have to agree.

In order to prevail we have to have the strength of truth behind us, if for no other reason than confidence. This particular item is a nice idea, but it looks like stuff pulled from thin air, and even I don't believe it.

It would be much better to compose a list of this sort from data provided by FAIR or NPI, complete with footnoted sources, and turn it into a flyer.

Oh and Odnisson -- this is one reason why the forum was created! So this is absolutely the right place to bring this up. Already we have a worthwhile task: make a *well documented* flyer regarding illegal immigration!

I'm glad this thread was started. According to this, the claims are "mostly false" and apparently originated from a Facebook page:
